This is Block 2 (Weeks 7-12) of an intermediate-level powerbuilding program focusing mainly on hypertrophy with a secondary goal of increasing strength. Program based around squat, bench, and deadlift--not for beginners!  Be sure to run Block 1 before beginning this program. 

5 training days per week
Two 6 week blocks for 12 weeks total
